Positives: It was open late which was good.
Negatives: I find the staff a little unfriendly, but I can completely understand why. I imagine I might be the same if I were doing their job, as they probably have to deal with a lot of stressful situations and difficult people. I had to sign a contract, which was fine, but I didn’t receive my own copy. There were several people wandering around at night who looked a bit unsavoury, and I could hear arguments coming from other rooms. The fridge in my room was loud and made a big noise, which woke me up. In the morning, I tried to take a shower, but the tap fell off. I managed to screw it back on and ended up washing in the sink instead, as I didn’t want to risk causing further damage that might lead to losing my deposit.
