The staff was rude. The room had a moldy odor when you walked in by the refrigerator area. The lamp by the sofa was broke off in the socket. The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain unless you flushed the toilet.

The hotel was in a great location. It's super easy to walk to Bridgestone or Broadway. It smelled amazing and was very clean. The valet service was an extra bonus and made checking in and out a breeze. The room was a very good size with a great bathroom and the beds were very comfortable.
