The hotel was absolutely beautiful; however there are some issues that should be considered in making changes of possible. To check in, you have to go up on 5th floor. To exit the hotel to parking garage, there are only two elevators which are not marked, no signs anywhere, plus you need the front desk clerk to swipe their card. It is not typical and is confusing.
Plus there were bed bugs in our bed. They did send us to another hotel for one night but had to return because there was not any vacancies. They did however give us an upgrade and breakfast
which was nice. Of course we investigated our bed and room and found nothing, thankfully.
