Awesome place to stay for your first trip to Nashville

Clarisa (at the front desk) was wonderful! We arrived very late due to our flight schedule, though received a warm & friendly welcome! After inquiring about food options, Clarisa offered to pick up some food for us. She then delivered our order directly to our room. We appreciated her kindness so much, and this was above & beyond our expectations. The breakfast was very good, though the hostess seemed disorganized.. Our server was great attentive and friendly.
Negatives:
We loved the pool area, though its always frustrating that seating gets saved with towels for too long without use. Not sure how to resolve that.
