Positives:
I liked the breakfast spread - quite elaborate! The rooms were nice and very clean. Hotel is the perfect location for going downtown/Bridgestone Arena. Nashville is expensive, so this hotel was market price for the location.
Negatives:
The exhaust fans in the bathroom barely worked. Staff was okay, not overly friendly, just did their job. Parking & fees were pricier than I anticipated, but also appears to be a result of Nashville’s recent popularity.

The staff was nice. Once they took care of the group of people before us, they greeted us immediately and gave us our room within minutes.
For us, we were glad we didn't stay close to Broadway. The walking distance to Broadway was right for us. Not too far and not too close..
Breakfast was good!
We didn't park in the hotel underground parking. We found parking next to the hotel to be cheaper. It was approximately a 5 minute walk to the hotel.
Negatives:
A number of homeless people just hanging out next to the hotel. But it's not the hotel's fault. Unfortunately, there is no current solution to this age old societal issue. So they stay where they can.
