Casual setting. Front desk is always super friendly and helpful. Han!!! Thank you for always being so pleasant. Beds are super comfy. Temp in room is perfect. The makeup cleansing towelettes are a great idea.
Negatives:
Hmmm. A bit pricey. We’ll be coming back often. We may have to find somewhere that’s a little less $$$. Hallway rugs and lighting is a little much for me. Makes me almost dizzy.

The location was convenient off the Interstate and the hotel had basically everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the coffee bar. The staff were all very accommodating and were welcoming to our dogs. Parking is available right under the hotel and there is a great restaurant almost across the street.
Negatives:
I prefer to have a refrigerator in the room, and ours did not have one. I believe that they have a couple of rooms with refrigerators.

We were so excited to find Waymore’s guest house when planning our family weekend trip. The atmosphere, rooms, location and price all were exactly what we were hoping to find! To say we were extremely disappointed and downright upset after our stay is an understatement. When booking our room we were trying to book the king bunk room because we are a family of 5 so this was the perfect option for us and actually the reason we picked this hotel, what a cool option for a family, we have been telling our kids for weeks they were getting bunk beds! After I booked the hotel I realized something happened after booking and it switched us to a two double bed room (obviously this would not work for us) I reached out to the hotel as soon as I noticed what had happened and asked if there was a way to update this obviously willing to pay the difference, to my shock they were so extremely helpful and actually upgraded the room at no additional charge and confirmed we were to have the king bunk room. Everything about this hotel is amazing until you arrive. Our check in was for 3pm we arrived at 3:15 only to be told they actually didn’t have a room for us… that lovely upgrade we were promised yea they were not willing to honor that and low and behold they put us in the 2 double bed room.. a family of 5. On top of that the room wasn’t ready so we could not check in until 4, were stuck in a lobby with 3 kids for 45 minutes while they tried to make room for us. Now let’s talk about the room. bare minimum is an understatement, if you like sleeping on concrete you will love these beds, I actually didn’t even know you could have a “bed” this hard. There is hardly room to walk the room is so small, there is no mini fridge and to top it off no ice anywhere to be found. Overall this was extremely overpriced and we feel we were cat fished if you will by how awesome the customer service was online.
