Checked out 3 days early
Negatives:
Used booking.com to reserve my room. Over an hour later, the hotel still did not have the reservation confirmed. After showing them the confirmation email and giving them my reservation confirmation number, they still would not check me in. I had to call booking.com and wait anther 20 minutes to get the reservation cancelled so I could book a room at the desk. Horrible experience.

Sorriest hotel ever

Overall, it was a very nice and comfortable hotel.
Negatives:
My room had no towels or wash clothes. Whoever made the bed put the flat sheet on top of the blanket rather than on top of the fitted sheet. If not for the few odd things that happened my rating would have been higher. There was probably one or two disgruntled housekeepers working the day before I arrived.

It smelled horrible yes it was a smoking room but coming off elevator stunk and hall stunk .. room was ok for smell wise but I went and bought air freshener because I couldn't take the smell & I got bites on me I checked for bedbugs but didn't find anything. , then a Roach came in our room on our last. Night after we got bc from my sons wedding pool was green .. and you cannot get a extra towel so we went and bought us 2 xtra towels we were told we might steal them. Not everyone steals .. this place needs alot of cleaning up .. front entrances door was nasty .. I left money for the cleaner I hope she got her money because the lady at the front desk was going into the rooms . I could go on & on but we will not stay there again
