The floors were filthy in our room. Leaving our feet black and sticky and the toilet paper and things were not stocked like they should have been. And it was just kind of yucky. The pool was so cold it wasn’t enjoyable

Nice hotel with clean rooms, typical hot breakfast and more than adequate parking. Had chocolate chip cookies on the counter at check-in. The only hotel to offer a snack in the 2 weeks we were in Tennessee at similar properties. The person who checked us in was friendly and helpful in referring us to a restaurant on the river nearby.
Negatives:
Breakfast was typical -would like to see something that sets it apart such as nice pastry, whole grain bread or croissant instead of prepackaged muffins.
