The location was convenient and just a short drive into Gatlinburg. Staff was kind and courteous.
Negatives:
The room didn't look same as pictures Furniture/chairs need to be updated. The recliner in our room was broke at foot stool part. Bed was too hard and uncomfortable to me, but the beds were fine to everyone else. Toilet wouldn't flush most of the time. Had to plunge it.

The building is run down and falling apart. The room was filthy, dust on most surfaces, filthy floors that left our feet and socks black, half the light bulbs didn't work, the drywall was gouged, marked up and had holes and unpainted areas. The bed was not comfortable and nothing matched. Mismatched towels, pillows from holiday inn, it was hot in the rooms, especially upstairs, and soap that didn't lather. This hotel was a huge disappointment. The photos online are very deceiving and build you up for a huge let down. The only good thing about this hotel is the location and the size of the rooms. I spent an hour and a half cleaning the walls, scrubbing the filthy floors and wiping down molding and other surfaces that we were going to touch. I also had to purchase fans, bar soap and shampoo.

We were close to the Island and Dollywood and if you have small children there were small rides right across the one lane road.

The breakfast sucked. I have stayed at worst places and they had a hot breakfast not muffins. The air conditioner didn’t work right. The shower curtain was hung in the middle of the bathtub.
Other guests I talked to were not happy either. There room was musty smelling. I will not book through you or with them.
