Very clean...everywhere. I think it's the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in and we travel a lot. There were plenty of games in the lobby for my family to bond with. And pets are allowed. There was a lot of attention to detail throughout the hotel. They even programmed my name into the TV so when I turned it on it welcomed me

The rooftop patio/ hang out was great! We had fun! The breakfast was the best I have had at a hotel in a while. The location was close to all of the fun things but far enough away for it to feel peaceful.
Negatives:
I didn't like that we had to pay an incidental fee of $15 a day when we didn't use anything. If you want to buy anything in the little store, it was a hasel. Check-in was also a hasel. They couldn't find my reservation and it took a good time to get it straightened out.

The hotel was very family friendly, with a huge emphasis on entertainment for children. The staff was also incredibly kind and welcoming.

The room felt a little small, not a big deal though. I also wish there was a dresser.

Not a fan of every other day room cleaning. The breakfast doesnt get refilled fast enough. At one point there are no eggs sausage and coffee. So the line at pancake was way too long.
