Front Desk employees where great. The hotel was clean.

Room was older and the door had been pried on. The door did not also seal could see daylight around it. No breakfast included and checkout at 10am.

The room was somewhat small but well kept. The noise coming from the traffic in front of the hotel was very loud and kept my roommate and I awake late into the night. There needs to be some addressing of the noise level.

It was listed as a three-star hotel it definitely was not. You could not use the bar and restaurant as they were understaffed. We went to try one of the German beers advertised in the German Tavern and the stools were put up so you couldnt even sit.

Shower was wimpy; could barely rinse. Did notify front desk when leaving that they need to repair or replace.

Older room that needs updating, the furniture and carpet are old, they both need to be replaced, they put us on the 3rd floor of one of the buildings and there are no elevators or steps only ramps to walk up and the grade of the ramps are steep, not good

The location was great. The staff were all extremely nice.
Negatives:
Thursday, we went to dinner; we arrived back at dark, turned on lights, roaches were scurrying. It made me ill. We were moved into another building. Repacking all was an inconvenience and I felt we should have been reimbursed.
