Negatives: First of all, we checked in and let the lady know that we werent staying as long as we had first anticipated. We told her that we would be checking out early, but she still made us pay for the full stay that we had originally booked. The room was very cheap, chairs that wobbled when you sit in them, a very small table, barely big enough to put 2 cups of coffee and a pack of donuts on. When we took a shower, the water ran to the middle of the floor where the drain was very cheap. There was a Gap under the door so if it were to rain or someone was smoking outside, it wouldve came in our room and the walls were so thin you could hear everything, every car that drove by and the people next to us had a dog that barked all night long. when we checked out and told the lady that the check-in receptionist made us pay for the full amount, even though we told her we werent staying the first day she acted very confused like she didnt understand why the girl did that. We are still waiting on our refund for the two nights that we did not stay there. We had stayed there several years ago but our room was on the backside. Im thinking the room we stayed in this time was add-on and they did not put any expense in it. They built it is absolute cheap as they could have. I dont normally even take reviews because I work for a company that customers could rate our service and it affected our pay but this was so bad in so many ways that I feel like I need to share our experience.

Negatives: Not much water pressure to take a bath or wash your hands and.didnt see a room attendant but on first day there

Negatives: Room small. Shower is very poor very low water pressure.

Negatives: Wi-fi was not working. Kept going in and out. Thats not much of a complaint.
