235 a night gets you nasty sheets with hair and what looked like blood an yellow snot as well as a clogged toilet. You can change your sheets and be a plumber. We checked into 1st room we immediately check beds an noticed hair and green and yellow stuff on beds as well as musty smell. We are put in 2nd room the smell is better the sheets are worse. I was given clean sheets to put on bed after putting them on I go to get tissue to pick up hair out of bathroom the tissue even looked nasty and shoved back in box we flush the dirty tissue and the toilet does not flush I take lid off an check tank I go back to office dreadfully and apologizing I'm not trying to be a problem or picky but we have a problem he hands me a plunger ugh no I'm not doing that we didn't stop it up they were not willing to go look I've done changed sheets I don't want to do it again but they send me to look at 3rd room and omg it's just as bad dirty sheets an smell. The man was very rude I'm checking you out ugh no you are not unless you have my money. I apologize again I'm not trying to be someone that just complains sir can you pay 235 a night for it to be nasty at which point he seems to realize I'm right but still can't get refund we had to though it out with the sheets we knew was clean we didn't shower afraid the towels too would be nasty. I spoke with a manager the next morning she was nice and said she would try to do something and of course nothing has been done. When you pay that much money you expect it to be clean this should be a 30 dollar room it's that bad. It's not a slip up they simply are not changing the sheets and not cleaning oh and phone in room was broke and nasty and the bathroom door will not shut. I did not see bugs however I got 4 bites on bottom of leg that woke me up when it happened so we got to come home to sort our stuff outside.

The room smelled horrible. The room was not clean. I complained to staff and was told the manager would contact me in the morning. I never spoke to manager, the very nice front desk once again had to make excuses and apologize. Very poor management. Believe the bad reviews.
