The beds were way too hard. The slamming of doors in adjacent rooms all hours of the day and night was horrible. There was an incident with a family member finding cockroaches in their room. After spraying Raid several times , their room was switched late at night. The computer/desk chairs are super uncomfortable!

The lights over the sink didn’t work. A dog outside my room on another property barked continuously for two hours as I was trying to go asleep. Breakfast consisted of stale muffins, Little Debbie oatmeal cookies, bananas, and similar items. The front desk was supposed to call me when my room was ready. They never called.

The room was disgusting. No hot water, drain came off. Got my foot in drain, endlessly. No stopper in sink. Arms on chair sticky. Holes in my bedspread and sheets. Vacuumed only in middle of room. Room 222 Aug 29-30-31. Stunk to high heaven. Just so disgusting!!! NEVER AGAIN.

Only thing good about this was the location. Just what we needed.
Negatives:
We woke up around 2am and saw roaches crawling in the bathroom floor, coming out of the shower and the sink! The window screen was broken and falling out of the window.
