When I first checked in the hotel and traveled to my hotel room, I turned on the TV and it showed a welcome sign with my name on the screen, which was very courteous to me. Really innovative. Loved the pool and hot tub also. That’s all.

The front desk clerks were very responsive with any request I had.
Negatives:
I had to turn on every light in the room in order to have bright lighting. The biggest disappointing thing is that there was no "free" continental breakfast. I have not ever stayed in a hotel where the continental breakfast wasn't "free".

The front desk was kind but apparently made a promise they couldn’t keep.
Negatives:
First room reeked of cigarettes. They were accommodating and switched rooms. My guest left for the evening and returned to a room full of ants hundreds of them all over the coffee bar area and beyond. The gentleman at the front desk even took photos. She was asked to pack her things and move to another room. The next morning we were told that $50 would be taken off the bill that was $186.26. Now I’m being told I get 5,000 points only. To do what with? My response was, I’m sorry we are busy. Hilton corporate could care less.
This hotel isn’t as nice inside as it appears. Be cautious!

Clean. Was able to electronically tip the person who actually cleaned the room!

HVAC units were very loud and you could feel them rumbling through the floor.
