The staff was extremely rude!!!! I encountered 2 front desk personnel and they were awful!! The night desk clerk and the morning desk clerk!! The night desk clerk charged my credit card twice and told me that she couldn’t refund my card. I was told to follow up with someone in the office. They offer continental breakfast. I was leaving out early the next morning. I was gonna grab a pastry for the road and I was told that the breakfast wasn’t ready and not to take it. If breakfast wasn’t ready then why was it out. I am sure there are nice Hilton’s. This one isn’t it!! If you can find something better by all means take it!! I would not recommend this location unless orange is your color!!

The location and the breakfast options were good. The hotel itself was also pretty clean.
Negatives:
The AC in my room didn't work, and I'm 8 months pregnant. Once we located a staff member and he came to the room, he tried to convince me that it was because I had the thermostat set too low even though it was still 75 degrees after 5 hours. Ultimately, I was given a box fan at my request, and managed for the night.

The front desk person was rude , and we asked to get a room with a bathtub . However, he said that because we used booking.com, we couldn't do that.The hotel was not full by any means, so he certainly could have changed our room.
