The front desk person was rude , and we asked to get a room with a bathtub . However, he said that because we used booking.com, we couldn't do that.The hotel was not full by any means, so he certainly could have changed our room.

Positives:
Comfortable beds and pillows, I liked the flooring, (no carpet) it had a great shower and amenities. There was a large TV and no sun could peep through the window while you're trying to sleep. Breakfast was good (need to add bacon). There was a variety of foods.
Negatives:
There was no microwave or coffee pot in our room and our AC was noisy. However, there were a couple of coffee stations and a hydration station in the large lobby where the
foosball and pool table are located. I visited another room and their AC was quiet.

The hotel offered excellent value for the price. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and the pool facilities. The majority of the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. However, the lady who assisted us during checkout seemed to be having an off day.
Negatives:
Regrettably, our stay was disrupted by very noisy neighbors, whose conversations we could clearly hear. Additionally, other guests were running in the hallway, creating further disturbances. The bathroom had mold near the shower, and our 'Do Not Disturb' sign was taken.
