Positives:
The location is in the heart of Townsend right on the Parkway. Even so, it is very quiet . I really liked that housekeeping came in our room each day and made our beds, emptied the trash and left clean towels. The breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable. My husband has Parkinson’s Disease and fainted in our room the morning we were checking out. He fell and I could not lift him. The desk clerk was so compassionate and kind and got local first responders to help get him up. She showed such care , respect and consideration for both of us.
That really meant a lot to us. You don’t find that kind of care at every hotel you visit. It is priceless.

Positives:
Everything was great didn’t see anything wrong whatsoever while we stayed there. Staff was very friendly. Check-in & check-out was easy. Location is good. Room was nice. Comfy beds. Had rocking chairs outside our doors so we could relax outside when we wanted too. Breakfast was simple but very good. Whatever you needed the staff was there to help.
Negatives:
Wish the pool would have been opened since it was still warm out but it’s ok no biggie. Still enjoyed our stay very much.
