It was fine for the night too expensive for the accommodation it was bare bones

Positives: It was easy to find and simple check in process. The staff was ok. She seemed kinda miserable.
Negatives: The rooms at first glance where clean but once you fully look around the walls and doors look like they have seen better days. The comforters on the bed where obviously old because they where faded and had cigarette burns. The main door to the room didn't shut very well and seemed like it had been forced open at some point.

The beds are awful
Youmans Traveling as Couple September 12, 2023
Positives: The staff was friendly, polite, and accommodating. Massive kudos to the front-desk staff.
Negatives: The floors were incredibly filthy. The bed was clean but the sheets, pillow-cases, and comforter had stains all over, some of which we're very clearly old blood stains. The security latch on the front door was broken off and the door was kicked in a solid 1-1.5" from the frame, enough that the top of the door itself was exposed and broken under the frame. The bathroom sink had what looked like either pubic hairs or someone's shorter facial hairs all over the sink and counter. Lastly, I 100% can promise that this room was used for some sort of illicit activity, at some point, because the bathroom door was insane. On the inside of the bathroom door, there was a very prominent indentation/break in the door the same shape as someone's fist, as if they we're trying to cause noise or break the door down. In addition to the breakage, there was also scratches from someone's nails. It was quite literally two sets of 4 scratches, all spaced and starting in the same spot as if it was someone using their nails. On the outside of the bathroom door, it was very clearly kicked in at some point which was "remedied" by someone very clearly throwing some spackle on the door, trying to straight out the framing on the door and the door itself (the door was cracked where the outside damage was), and then the new(er) and different colored paint in the singular spot. The room smelled terrible and was stale. Nothing about this felt safe and while I'm all fine with the idea of just keeping the Glockaroni on us, I paid to sleep and relax, not be worried if the door is going to be kicked in again or if someone is being held captive in the bathroom next door. We paid roughly $70 a night or so. We rebooked at the Comfort Inn in Gallatin for roughly $90 a night. The wifi either didn't show or just wasn't available. It was at Comfort Inn. There was no breakfast/food choices here.

Highly recommend staying elsewhere at the given price point that we paid. Go to Comfort Inn Gallatin

Positives: Location was good
Negatives: The beds were awful, uncomfortable, and the bed base made so much noise when you moved . The bathroom floor looked like it had never seen a broom of mop in a while . It's supposed to be a non-smoking room, but there were burn makers on the blankets, and it smelled like cigarettes. When I checked the room, I took pictures and went straight to the office and told them . She said they would note it .. At the bottom of the door where the Fram is on the open side, there was a 2-inch gap that you could see outside . I won't stay there again. I would rate it at a 2 star .
