Negatives:
I wanted a receipt when I checked out, but was told that since I booked my room online, I would have to get my receipt online. Now I have to try to find the link online so I can get a print out so I can turn it in for my boss to have.

Had to change rooms which was a pain due to the tv not working. Wanted to be on first floor but when they couldn’t get the satellite receiver to work we had to pack up and move to the second floor.

Being told I had only 30mins to pack up a room I've had for a month or the police would be called due to noise complaints. Problem is my son was sick and was in the bed. Besides it being a Saturday we are at a hotel on a weekend. He couldn't tell me anything about what was so called said. It's been only a problem with that night desk clerk.

The room was dirty. The light in the room would not work, just the lamp and the bathroom lights. The sheets were dirty. They still had paw prints on them. Very disappointing
