After Wednesday, Dec 4th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 4, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: Localization

Negatives: The hotel needs to be remodeled. The carpet is sticky and dirty. There was a centipede in the bathroom. The pillows are so worn that the foam is all cut. When I made the reservation, I asked for a room on the top floor and received an email confirming that my request would be honored free of charge. When I checked in, I only received an "apologies, but we don't have any availability."
