The hotel Staff were not pleasant.
The morning staff treated you like they worked for the city RUDE!!!! when someone behind me asked to speak to a manager on duty she said nope not getting them right now.
I have never in my life experienced this at a hotel the receptions should NOT work inhospitality industry it was horrible experience. I called corporate and complained never received a call back.

It was run down. Landscaping wasn’t done. Both the outside hot tub drained with brown water at the bottom with electrical cord hanging out from bottom. (dangerous) The hallways were damp and mildewed. We could not get our door open to our room because the carpet was raised to the point you literally had to put your shoulder into it to get it opened. Plus the door would not latch because it was put in cockeyed.
Same with our bathroom door. The place almost looked abandoned. When we drove up for our 25th anniversary weekend it didn’t even look like a Hilton. It was very ghetto.
There were two broken down Hilton vans in the parking lot as well. They looked like they had been there for years.
