The location is good and the setup on the hotel is good
Negatives:
The facility needs updating. The towel racks and cabinets were all broken or falling off. I was here with my children and I stepped outside to the car to get my son's shoes and during that time my daughter called me frantic because the front desk gave another couple the key to our room and the other couple walked in using their key card and it spooked my children. Also I called down around 11 am for more towels and sheets and didn't get them until 4:30 pm. The onsite laundry has two machines and one is broken so it's impossible to do laundry here.

Phone didn't work in the room ,nor enough towels. Facility is a lot older than pictures on site. Staff rude and didn't care unprofessional.

The whole place.. I will never go by reviews on booking. Com. Thus is the second place I had bad experience with and pictures not accurate.

Everything was run down and/or did not work. Had to switch rooms because the refrigerator was leaking, the tv in the bedroom didnt work, the ceiling fan didnt work and it wasnt cleaned properly. The second room had lights and an ac that didnt work.

What I enjoyed the most was the space available. With a family of five it can be hard to find accommodations that are comfortable without spending too much.

It would have been nice to have Queen beds instead of just full and it was a little bit outdated but still a nice spot to stay.
