Positives:
Breakfast and great location with restaurants, shopping all in walking distance. Addison, TX is a beautiful city
Negatives:
The room carpet was dirty and smelly. I had to open up all the windows in the hotel and purchase lemon scent candles because of the horrible smell. Everyone woke up with sneezing and coughing because of the allergies and possible mold in the room. Notice water damage spots that were covered by paint. The microwave went out and could not be replaced. There were not enough pillows or bedding. Location inadequately staffed, no room service, we had to unstop the clogged toilet on our own, empty the trash & etc.

The bed wasnt comfortable at all. I even went to get a full body massage and it didnt help when it was time for bed. The bed is too hard for the price that we paid.
Positives:
Well the second room I received was much better. Much cleaner,and the guy that eventually started helping me was very friendly,and had awesome customer service skills. He all so apologized on behalf of how I was treated by the female staff member.
Negatives:
The first room I was given was very dirty,and there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The female staff member at the front desk started being very disrespectful,and was extremely upset because I complained about the first room that I did not approve of. I was talked to very rule,and we're threatening to have to leave and would not be able to stay after I already had made plans for coworkers and family to come.She most definitely need more training.Not to mention it was my birthday. Just a terrible experience on my birthday. It was sad..
