Room had roaches, many guests loudly complaining of the same problem. Lobby is clean. But once you go past the lobby the carpets are dirty, elevator quit working, smells of weed, people sleeping in parking lot, management 'made note' of my complaints

Everything. Had to wait an hour passed check in. Hotel smelled horrible. People in and out of the hotel. Loud music all night. TV picture kept having pixels all over. Breakfast was bad. I hated everything about it. It's located near the airport.

Last time using booking.com, it's always a lie and the places are horrible.

It wasnt a five star hotel but honestly for the price and location it was for me. We were over there to shop at the galleria and it was extremely close to everything we wanted and needed so why waste our coin on an expensive fancy hotel. It was safe well lit and not noisy at night ( I had a toddler and baby and room was big enough for a playpen with more than enough room)

I mean of course the bedding could have been better but like I said for the price well above my expectations.
