Everything was pretty nice and clean.

What I didn’t like is that they charge you$50 deposit and its suppose to be reimbursed if there is no damage, as soon as i checked out i asked about it and the guy from the front desk told me it had already been reimbursed and until now it hasn’t been reimbursed.The guy in front desk from the night was polite Great customer service but the one in the morning was a little rude.

The office smelled very clean the guy at the front desk was very nice and helpful and snack selection was exceptional.
Negatives:
For starters initially arriving to my room door, it was cracked open so I ignored the fact and said maybe they just came from cleaning the room or something but upon initially walking in, it was a odor of feet. I took me a shower and I decided to retire to bed one of the bed was perfectly fine the other bed reeked of Pee . So I went to the office and he put me in another room when I got in that room. It also had a smell like pets had been in there the ac barely worked and rattled all night but at least it didn’t smell like pee ….it was my only option since my power had been out from the storm but i definitely would not stay here on purpose ever again .

Had to change 1st room because the sheets were dirty, second room was full of roaches!! I mean roaches everywhere, I was scared to sleep ! They were all in the beds headrest for sure, near the lamps, all over the walls!
