The staff was great.

It was a decent property, unremarkable in most respects. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was appreciated but was mediocre.
Negatives:
Their policy of requiring a $100 deposit is not appreciated. It's too high and now 5 days later it still hasn't been credited back to my card.

Location and it was very clean overall. The walk in shower was nice!
Negatives:
Some of the staff was rude. We did not have a fridge in our hotel room and it said ON the website our room has a dorm fridge. We paid extra for a nicer room (DELUXE) and it was not nicer! Any concerns addressed were not taken serious! They had no towels.

The beds were soo uncomfortable. My sleep was not good.

we were nearly out of tissues and toilet paper. A staff member in the hall (very nice) said she would send a housekeeper with the items. It took the housekeeper almost 90 minutes to show up.

The staff was completely unprofessional all across the board they don't know how to treat people from out of state.

The discounted price was the reason we chose the Addison Hotel. Customer Service is an issue. Dreadlock guy behind the desk has a bad attitude. He reeks of pot. He has been rude on several instances. Everyone else is great.
Negatives:
The breakfast could use an upgrade. Eggs are dry and crumbly, oatmeal is soupy. See above. Itchy bed linens.
