Positives:
I booked a reservation but needed to check in before check in time and was denied so I ended up not staying there at all but they still tried to take the full price off my debit card even though I didn’t stay at all… thank god I keep my transactions off at all times!
Negatives:
The fact that I couldn’t check in before check in time even when I offered to pay the extra fee… and the fact that y’all still tried to change my card even though I didn’t stay there at all.

Convince to location to family
We came in for a family funeral and was able to check in a little early to allow us to unpack and make room to go to airport to pick up another family member
Negatives:
No Toilet paper..we used the Tissue Box ..had less than a half roll up on arrival and no extra roll in bathroom
Room was very small and pillows were small
Bedding quilts moved around when you slept
They took a deposit of 100 and upon check out I was going to pay balance with a different card and was told I had a Zero Balance so they took it all on the same card ..also they don't take cash
A tour bus load came in late and the hallways were noisy so we could hear doors slamming shut all night and yelling in the hallways
We didnt sleep that night if the funeral so we got up early and checked out
I didn't see food set out for early risers as it was suppose to be breakfast also ...
Usually there is a table with 2 chairs to sit and eat or whatever and missed that too
