Between Friday, Nov 8th, 2024 at midnight and Saturday, Nov 9th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Saturday, Nov 9th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 9, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: Did not get to eat breakfast as wife was sick. Fine when we arrived, good about an hour after leaving.

Negatives: I did not realize animals are allowed in the hotel; I missed that it was "pet friendly". Wife got very sick whenever she was in the room, lots of coughing, dry heaves, slept poorly. We did not know why until we were checking out and saw other guests with dogs.
