SO much noise! We were right by the back door and it slammed all night long. Could not get the light by the TV to turn off- it was still dim when the switch was turned off. The worst thing though was that in the morning there was a cockroach crawling on the wall by the vanity and then found another one on top of my suitcase. Yuk.

Everything was super clean and well organized. The breakfast was much better than we expected: nice set up, good variety, great options such as jelly, cream cheese, honey and butter for the biscuits and/or toast/ bagels. We didn’t get there til 830 and they stop serving at 9, but there was still plenty of food to choose from.
Negatives:
My only complaint is the exit given by both Google maps and Map quest is the exit directly in front of the property. It was a really quick shuffle over to the right hand lane to be able to turn into the entrance. Fortunately, they were no other cars on the feeder lane at that hour (10 pm.)

Staff was very friendly and helpful. As is typical of BW, comfortable beds and very clean! Good breakfast! Location is easier to get to for those traveling east, but still easy to get to. Love the fact that I can trust Best Western for clean rooms and comfortable beds!
Negatives:
Though I had read in the reviews that there's no elevator, a more recent review mentioned an elevator, so I thought it was added. No big deal for me, but it should be clearly stated in the booking info.
