The room was dirty and nasty and staff were never around and cold coffee

Location, staff, good cost-benefit, big bedroom.
Negatives:
At the booking it says $5 fee per dog/per day. Now its $10.
They didnt have hot water for people who dont drink coffee.
The bath was not very cleaned.

The ceiling had water damage and was falling in around the window, the smell of the place is ungodly, the shower did not drain and the bed was very uncomfortable .
