Front desk attendant not very knowledgeable or helpful. Charge for parking is unacceptable. Air conditioning turning off in the evening is outrageous. The room was much too warm at night. The bath towels were very small and of poor quality. Breakfast selection was poor.

The convenience of restaurants around the hotel was nice

The pool/hot tub wasn't available
The keycard pad on the outside door didn't work. Had to walk around to front lobby to get inside (and no, it wasn't just a bad keycard)
Initially one of our keycards didn't work for our hotel room

There was litter all over outside of the hotel
There wasn't a lot of parking
As nonmember we weren't able to get wifi, no paid wifi option was even offered

Location was good, plus we always select at Marriott when we get the chance
Negatives:
From the minute we walked in, no one at front desk, bell didn't even work. No ice on floor, had to go to front desk. TV channels didn't come through or fuzzy. TV was mounted where you couldn't see if from the bed very well. A noise was present the whole stay. Not sure if it was plumbing or HVAC. Sounded like someone snoring close by (it wasn't). Pool also wasn't operational.

The hotel was under construction and was not listed under booking.com, the pool was closed and the the coffee shop was also closed. We could here construction starting earlier than 8:00am
Since I booked through booking.com the hotel could not provide any discount credit. It was very frustrating and I may not use booking.com as a credible source for booking in the future.
