Initial check-in staff changed the smoke alarm battery herself. She then checked and noticed the TV remote was missing. She obtained a WORKING remote and ensured it was synced with the TV. She also ensured I had enough bath towels and hair care products.
Negatives:
I told staff the 1st morning the toilet needed maintenance, as well as the in room telephone. At checkout - 5 days later - I mentioned these items needed care and was told maintenance had in fact performed service. If they did, they did such a poor job it was not noticable. The toilet continued to almost overflow each time it was flushed, and continued to take multiple flushes to successfully remove even toilet paper. The telephone was still outrageously dirty and most of the buttons were completely missing. The carpet appeared to be clean, but was cut and installed poorly. The room door facing and the bathroom door facing were rusted and rotted at the bottom. A working ice machine on the floor would have been outstanding.

No working television, air unit too loud,mini fridge barely cooled, desk broken, couldnt get house keeping to bring extra towels in one room. Second room could not get a key to work. They made six sets of keys and still didnt work.

I was thinking i was grtting points all the time i was there whrn thry new i was asking fir my points i was there 2 weeks and still here do i not grt sny points for a free night thry said only if i book with them not a 3rd party see i was thrown oyt in the sreets with my dsughter who is specisl needs we are homeless now thats why we been here waiting tell the 3rd to leave so all this time i was not grtting points also i do not dee where istayed the 2st week

This place is in dire need of remodeling. Everything was old, damaged, stain bed linens and poorly maintained rooms The pictures posted online don't match what they offer. The pool is much smaller and non functional, covered with a tarp. The linens shown in pictures on not what we experienced in person. Very disappointed the the overall service of this hotel.
