Positives:
The cost was fine for what I needed. The continental breakfast was fine. They had a helpful attendant refilling the food.
Negatives:
Our room smelled like mildew and cigarettes even though we requested a non-smoking room and was assigned to a non-smoking floor. We had to ask for a new room. We were then placed next to someone who was blasting their tv at all hours of the night and morning. The afternoon desk help was lacking personality and helpfulness. He seemed very bored with helping us and did not apologize for the first room. He just proceeded to tell us it would cost more. I was very disappointed that we had to pay more when it was their fault.

The customer service was good. Our concerns were handled in a fast and timely manner.
Negatives:
The bed was not comfortable, the room was not clean and had a bad smell. Some of the appliances and lights did not work. We had to have them fixed. The biggest concern was that the ID cards to open the room did not work. Each day we had to go and get them reset to be able to open our room door.

Negatives:
Old furniture including very abused desk, see photo. Toilet did not flush properly. Bathroom sink needs replacement or refinishing, see photo. Entry door was misaligned resulting in large crack under it, see photo. Grout in shower was dirty, possibly with mold, see photos.

I enjoyed the bathroom area and the fact that it had a bath tub. I enjoyed the breakfast they had in the morning as well.

There wasn't light bulbs in one of the lamps and another one went out after starting the microwave.
