I've stayed here twice, both times the hot tub has been out of order and my visits were a year apart. Also, our toilet kept overflowing.

Location right down from movie theatre with movie exit street in front of hotel. our room faced this street so every time movie ended we had cars peeling out from the intersection to Hollywood Dr. VERY LOUD! Bathrooms were not cleaned to level of detail normally found at this chain of hotels.

Breakfast was not good. Creamer curdled, eggs tasted like nothing. Also, the hotel was not easy to get to due to construction. GPS didnt know how to navigate, very frustrating when you arent familiar with the area.

Sink was slow to drain. The previous guest trimmed their beard and clogged the drain. Every time we ran water little hairs floated up.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The breakfast tasted like it had been reheated/overcooked even though we ate at 7. The pool did not open until 9 (kids wanted to swim after breakfast). The bed was very firm. It was loud due to traffic. The floors didn't look like they had been vacuumed.
