Negatives: There was a large lump in the floor that we all kept tripping over. The room smelled like a wet dog and was rather dingy.

Negatives: We had upstairs neighbors who checked in after midnight and were stomping around. It woke my 2 year old up, and after 30 min of stomping in place we called the front desk, they told us those people had just checked in and to give them a minute to settle in. After 30 more min of stomping we called the front desk again and they apologized. This is almost at 2 am. At 8 am the next morning they woke up and jumped in place for 45 min. I called the front desk and they said they’d send someone to tell them to stop, and then the stomping only got harder. I had to call Hilton to receive a refund on our night because we didn’t sleep due to these rude people above us. And the front desk didn’t care enough to make it stop.

Negatives: Dogs barking, bed scratched up, alarm going off in vacant room. Food was horrible. I’ve stayed at lots of home 2 suites by Hilton and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had.

Negatives: Run down. Worn, ripped furniture in lobby. Dirty, stained carpets in hallways. The couch in our room had a large hole in the arm with padding sticking out. The tv’s remote control had only one button that worked. What the heck, Hilton. Maintain your properties!!!

Negatives: The breakfast was bad and not organized. The room was a bit dirty, chipped tile, pieces of headboard missing, hallways and entrance smelled.

Negatives: The only thing that was unpleasant was the horrendous smell of something like a septic issue when you walk in and all around check in… it was enough to knock you over!!!! But Cassie was constantly spraying disinfectant to help mask the smell!!!

Negatives: I liked how the staff were friendly, but they came across a bit sarcastic and if you are not able to receive sarcasm you may be put off. There was damage to the couch in our room by a cat that must have stayed in the room.

Negatives: our room had structural issues was at a slant and par of floor was higher than other, almost fell twice tripped 3 times, called front desk and they were nice said they didn’t know and no other rooms available. if I were you I would not use this room, accident waiting to happen.
