Front Desk clerk very nice, welcoming, helpful. Bathroom recently remodeled.

Homeless people walking the area. Pool down, ice machine down, musty smell in room. Stains in room. Elevator questionable.

The room was comfortable and my daughter loved the reading nook in the window. The room was a little small compared to other hotels we've stayed at in this area. The night staff was very friendly and willing to answer any questions.
Negatives:
The morning staff was only friendly toward older customers around her age and not younger ones. She also went to the bathroom while we were there and did NOT wash her hands. The shower curtain in our room was ripped all along the top and will eventually come off. The sink in our room was dirty and the drain part was molded over.
