Hello, I don't know where to begin but to say this has been the worst hotel experience and customer service experience of my life. I have gone through all the staff and managers here to get help and am desperately reaching out to you now.
After my first night I woke up covered in bed bugs and bites, and because of this I had to leave work early to get my clothes and items out of the room as to not get infested.
I then went to the front to have my room changed, taking with me two of the dead bugs wrapped in napkins to prove it. This is also after having to move all my items. The next room I was given also had bed bugs. Finally, my third room was bed bugs free.
After this experience I went to the office today to see if they'd be willing to compensate me for the night spent in bugs and the hours/money lost from having to leave work early, in the form of either 1 free night or a refund for the one night. After being told nothing could be done i asked for the manager or owner and was given a number. Upon calling I was treated like absolute garbage and threatened to be kicked out, which would leave myself, my fiance, and my dogs on the street.
The the man told me quite literally that the bed bugs weren't his problem it was the problem of the exterminators. When I said I was happy with the room I have now,just not the night in bugs and the lost hours I was told that he would just kick me out. He made it clear I would be given nothing and if I would be thrown out for asking.
This is unbelievable and unethical. I would really appreciate some help here.

Where to start. I realize this is a motel 6, but this place was NASTY. The non-smoking room reeked so bad of cigarettes that it made my nose stuff up and my eyes water. The sheets had obviously not been changed, gross oily stains and gobs of hair when I pulled back the blankets. The staff was great when i asked for clean sheets.The air conditioner blew smelly air..... I've stayed in some questionable motels, but this was by far the worst. Putting fresh paint and furniture in a motel room doesn't make it a nice place.
