Positives: Nothing terrible experience!!!! Hotel looks totally different that pictures shown and rooms were old and dirty no clean sheets, no tv remote, no security on parking and homeless are everywhere. Terrible experience!

Negatives: Everything was terrible!!! Installations very old and dirty, there were NO CLEAN ROOMS AT THE PROPERTY EVEN THOUGH THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND RESERVATION CHARGE. THEY EVEN CHARGED ME THE NIGHT TWICE AND DIDNT GIVE ME ANY RESOLUTION AND ENDED UP WITH NO ROOM AND 2 CHARGES IN MY CARD AT MIDNIGHT!!!!!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
