The location, and facilities were very clean. All the staff with exception of the cleaning were super friendly
Negatives:
Upon check in at 1:30 am their system was down so we had to wait to get a room key. Then in the middle of a heat wave the room ac was not working. We were informed that because it is off when guests go in, it can take up to 15 minutes to turn on. A heads up about this upon check in or a notice on the thermostat would have been nice. Check out was at noon. At 1030 am cleaning staff banged on the door and tried to come in when we were still sleeping. The manager on duty was super nice about the situation and promised to rectify it

I loved how bright and inviting the hotel. It made you feel like you were staying at a rich friend's mansion. It was really made to feel comfy
Negatives:
The room was so small for the price I expected so much more, and we turned the air to 65, and it was still hot. The bed was so hard we might have slept on the floor. I wish I could say that the breakfast was good, but in all honesty, I can't remember it, and it was less than a week ago.

Positives:
Beds were comfy and PTAC worked properly and kept the room temperature cool. The pancake flipper - was awesome, love seeing innovation - Staff are pleasant and welcoming. Location was convenient.
Negatives:
The design of the shower seemed difficult with the opening of the door space. Water pressure was very low, and water stayed warm never got hot. No ice machines on the floors, only in main lobby but it was out of order.

Space in room, quiet environment, plenty of towels, staff were nice, and coffee was good.

Bed was not comfortable, cabinet under sink came apart & made a startling loud noise while asleep, floors in room were dirty, and guide on TV was not updating.
