Not a bad place, was generally clean but is a bit dated as its an older property, typical handyman kind of work. Definitely a good value for the money and the location was very convenient to our activities in the area. The beat computable room prices in Port Arkansas for sure.

Towels need replacement, a bit stained up. Clean but time to replace them.

The lady at the front dress was so rude
The pillows/ sheets were dirty, and we went to the front desk and asked if we could get a fresh set. All the lady said was, we dont have any thats all we use.
You can hear EVERYTHING the walls are paper thin.

It's spring Kids Out of School A little more noise than I prefer but nothing extreme or crazy noise wise It's a very clean and friendly place to stay I was satisfied and would consider staying again
