Positives:
Check-in went well. The sleeper sofa, bed, and TV were comfortable for our son, and the bathroom was nice. I asked for extra pillows, and they were comfortable. The room had a great AC unit in it, which kept us sleeping comfortably since we like it really cold.
Negatives:
The room smelled stale, and mold was visible in the AC unit, but the air was cold nonetheless, which was a plus. There were only two full-size towels, and we had three adults staying. There was no travel-size soap, so we just used the provided shampoo.

The size of the room was great. It was clean. The location was optimal for a rangers game.
Negatives:
There was a plastic bag over the smoke detector, the drain plug in the tub wouldn't stay up, the temperature selector in the shower wouldn't stay in place and the water would get too hot, and the lighting in the bathroom was terribly dim. They also advertised an outdoor pool that wasn't open in the summer season. My kids were all ready to swim and didn't get to because they said the pool was closed due to water testing. Very disappointing because part of the reason I chose this hotel was for the pool.

The room was clean and roomy, and the bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
I had omelet, sausage, biscuit & gravy and orange juice. The food all tasted like it had been microwaved and the juice was sour.
The bathroom lighting was completely inadequate. I asked the front desk clerk if there was a trick to make the lighting brighter. She said no.

great location for access to my destination and having an eatery (Pappasoitos) drinks and eats was fantastic.

the check in process was delayed ( couldn't find my reservation) and later in the day another guest was given my room key, some sort of mix up. The ac unit was a bit noisy which made sleeping uncomfortable. Left early Sunday morning and could not get coffee or water upon my departure (breakfast starts at 6 AM)

I liked the location. The lady who checked us in was very nice.
Negatives:
The evening staff weren’t as friendly. The front desk was unattended during the evening. I had to wait both times when I had to ask for more towels because there were not enough in the room. The first time, around 10:00 pm, I was told the towels were drying, to come back in 20 minutes. I went back at 11:00 pm, again there was no one at the front desk. A different person finally came and said that I had to wait 20 minutes for the towels to dry. I explained that I had been there an hour earlier and was told the same thing. She went to the back and got me a set of towels. I think they just say that to the customers so they don’t have to get the towels. Housekeeping should have placed enough towels in the room. There were only 3 for a room for 5 people. Also, the AC was very noisy. Was hard to sleep because of the noise. I had to turn it off to be able to sleep, but the room got kind of hot.

The mattress on the king bed in room 208 is lousy. One side totally sunk in, as if a VERY LARGE person has been sleeping there for a long time. Fortunately, I was alone and was able to sleep on the other, slightly better side.
