There was no free breakfast like it said on website just free coffee, no where was it posted on site that there was a $50 deposit for each room and the room that we got the door was broken like someone had tried to break in at one time

When I checked in Mr Kai ( black tall person) was very rude , he never welcome me , he doesn't know the manners at all.
I was so upset the way he talked to me and I was 1st time in Dallas,I thought Dallas people probably like that.
Next day I met Ms Pearl , she is good and I met other guy last day Mr Parth I think his name ,he also a good person.
No facilities at all in the hotel ,all you can sleep in the night , horrible experience.

The site said free breakfast, was told it’s only on sat and sun. No free breakfast. There was spiderwebs in the room on the ceiling. Had to kill 2 spiders in the other room we rented. Had my phone stolen in the lobby while checking in by another customer. Bathroom door wouldn’t close without getting trapped in the bathroom. Tv was busted in 109 and didn’t work.

the room is what you get for the value. it’s not good and it’s not bad either. if you’re in a pinch and in a budget then this will work just fine. it’s close to the stadium, walmart and six flags

the bugs. they have small roaches or whatever they are in the bathroom or near the bathroom area. i also asked if a non smoking room and the room smelled like old cigarettes.
