Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. I liked the price and the convenience of the Arlington Trolley to Globe Life Field.
Negatives:
I carpet was dirty in the hallway. Some listed facilities were not available. For this to be an extended stay with a full kitchen, there were no kitchen items offered or available to use/borrow/check out to use. The room door had about an inch gap from the floor allowing crickets and roaches to easily come into the room. The furniture was old and damaged. Not appealing. In my specific room, the sheets needed to be replaced upon arrival.

Very dirty hotel! Maids never vacuum hallways or clean connon areas. Gave me a room that was missing promised couch. Wall lights by bed looked like had been ripped out of wall and not replaced. Toilet leaked. Hallways smelled awful! Peeling drywall in bathroom and tub leaked as well! Very run down!Pictures on websites very misleading! Had to leave my ID to get a luggage cart and then hotel only had one and never available. Hardly anyone spoke English so when i asked questions, couldnt get any help! Would never stay here again!

It is really run down. You can tell it's age.. floors nasty, bathroom was at patched some mold. Sofa was missing. Towels are very small. It smells in hotel. Very dark in rooms. There is no ice machine.
