The room was a great size and very comfortable.
Negatives:
Horrible check in experience. We arrived at 2:45 since check in is at 3. Did not get a room until 4:15 because the room was not cleaned yet according to the staff. The lady who checked us in said the manager said he’d give us a discount on the room for the inconvenience however we never received a discount. Would not return to this hotel due to the awful check in experience and lack of empathy from the staff.
