Negatives: The coffe had to much water in it. Not enough room to sit.

Negatives: There were stains everywhere, my hot water didn’t work, the room never got cleaned, amenities like the pool were terrible. The walls were thin so you could here everyone else in the hotel.

Negatives: No hot water

Negatives: The chemical fumes in the room were so strong it gave me a migraine. There was no microwave or refrigerator at all.

Negatives: They were rude and racist. They threatened to call the police. And my room smelled and had no hot water

Negatives: Nothing

Negatives: Beds weren’t comfortable, some broken or old parts in the bathroom

Negatives: Rooms need scratches on walls painted. Toilet handle is hard to flush but it works.

Negatives: Upon entering hotel it was completely dark outside and no lights on in parking lot or entry way. I questioned whether the place was even open as barely any cars in the parking lot. Very scary situation for a mom to go into with a child. Upon entering the entire hotel had a terrible odor. Cleanliness didn't seem to be a top priority. Was told pool was not heated. Water was cold and unable to use, which is one reason this hotel was picked due to indoor pool. Got up to room toilet did not flush and the terrible could smell continued. Was given a new room due to toilet and it just didn't feel clean nor smell clean. I couldn't bring myself to stay in that place so I explained we would be leaving and not staying the 3 nights as originally booked, however hotel refused to accommodate another sister hotel or any sort of refund due to booking through booking and I waited on hold with booking over an hour with no answer and no response on chat line. Ended up going a few miles up the road to an embassy suites that I would recommend anytime. It was the last time I book through booking. I learned my lesson.
