The location was great

The A/C was leaking in the bedroom, causing the floor to be saturated. The hot water didn't work in the bathroom. When I called the front desk about it they sent a maintenance guy up that didn't speak any English he had a shop vac trying to suck up the water but it was so much water he was not able to so he put down towels and left. I requested to be moved to another room and was told they didn't have one like the one I had paid for. I settled for a smaller room that was less in price. However, I was not able to get the price difference reimbursed because I had prepaid for the room. Then even the room we were moved to didn't have running water in the sink. We were told they didn't have any other room to move us to. We were so uncomfortable and unhappy with this stay we will certainly not be returning to this hotel.

everything was great. The breakfast was great, except there were no biscuits & gravy.
Negatives:
The only thing I didn't like was, it was at the end of the hallway. I'm disabled and have difficulty walking very far, other than that, my stay was great.

Your assistant manager Chandler she was rude and very disrespectful she lacks customer service I've stayed at several Hilton locations throughout the United States and I've never been treated the way she treated me and my family

nothing they were doing constructrution and I couldn't find the front to check in there wasn't any sign. I thought the breakfast was free it wasn't it was all most 10.00 a person. I won't stay again
