That the room had a broken door and it had stain on the bed and the room smelled like mold.
Negatives:
I would not recommend to book a room here because they don't tell you what you have to pay tell you arrive to the room.and I had to change rooms because of the first room space door was broken and missing door and the next room they gave me the smell wasn't good it smelled like mold in the room.

Loved the location, and the room was fantastic. The front desk lady was very friendly at check-in. I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the hide a bed was! .
Negatives:
The only negative I have is that we were right next to an entrance, and the door would slam every time someone opened it. I slept for about 3 hours.

The beds were wonderful. We ended up in a handicap accessible room and the drop seat in the shower was so cool. We have a very comfortable and easy time.

The only downside: The counter rep that checked us in was sweet and great. She explained the charges to us and all about the accidentals fee. The downside was when she double charged us for our purchase at the Suite Shop for snacks. I inquired the next morning with another rep and she sorted the whole thing. It was just disappointing that if I hadn’t of said something we would have been overcharged and not received our full refund.

It's run down and a mess. The room wasn't very clean (we found a used contact lens in the bathroom example.) And, the neighborhood is dodgy at best. I was later advised that Arlington is not a great area. I was very disappointed to say the least.

The lady at the front desk was friendly and I liked the little kitchenette.
Negatives:
We asked for a coffee pot and never got it. We asked for extra towels and never got them so we went up for them. On New Year’s Eve night these young people were partying loud and went out at 3 am and started shooting guns. We thought they were in a gun fight and were scared for our lives. Our room was in 123 and we could hear everything !!! Very horrible!!
