Coffee maker in room but no coffee. No breakfast. Dogs barking during the night. The balcony did not have double glass doors as some of their rooms have, which would help with noise.

When we booked this hotel, the website said free breakfast. There was pictures of the breakfast on google but there was t any free breakfast the entire 4 days we stayed there.

I was given a hard time at 430am checking in after driving all night from Missouri AND verbally speaking to a staff member before booking to assure there would be no problem checking in at that time or if I needed to book the night I was leaving June 11th-she said "no we will be able to accommodate you when you arrive" but that was not the case. I even showed the man the time I called so he could narrow down who I would have spoken to. After 30 min and being irritated and very tired he finally gave me a room. Then.....
I had a family emergency and had to leave at 3 am Friday and was told "You can check out but you will not get your money back for the nights you are not here that were booked" so I ended up just keeping my room keys as IF I was staying and left back to Missouri.
People can't schedule emergencies and they should acknowledge that
