Your employees need training about returning customers' stuff . They can take it if unclaimed, but I called the next day for my dress , unfortunately it was gone.

The facility was amazing... so nice to stay at a hotel where everything is not paper and plastic. Also nice to see helpful, friendly staff. Rooms were a good size and quiet...didn't hear noise from other rooms.
